The apprenticeship reforms are ushering in significant changes to the way front-line staff deliver apprenticeships and to the apprenticeship journey itself. This brings new challenges in making sure apprenticeships, at every stage, are accessible and inclusive.

The Education and Training Foundation commissioned the Strategic Development Network to produce a new online learning course to help front-line apprenticeship staff to identify these barriers, find solutions and improve their practice. The development of the course was supported by members of the Society for Education and Training (SET), who had the opportunity to test and feedback on its content before it was published.

Whether you currently deliver apprenticeships standards, or will do in future, this webinar will give an overview of the equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) context within the new world of apprenticeships, give you an overview of the new course, and how you can use the resource to improve your practice and that of your teams.
