Overview

Brexit and COVID-19 have both had significant and potentially long lasting effects on the construction sector. In this series of online sessions we will examine key legal topics arising in the construction sector in the current post-Brexit and pandemic landscape. The three-part series will cover regulatory issues, likely upcoming trends in disputes (focusing on force majeure clauses and adjudication), and insolvency and termination of contracts.
