The third of three webinars for aspiring leaders who want to apply for leadership positions and develop a stronger leadership presence. This webinar will specifically explore how self-doubt and imposter syndrome impacts on how we fulfil our leadership potential. The webinar will explore strategies and support options to help overcome feelings of self-doubt that undermine confidence and wellbeing, and ultimately can hold us back from making the kind of impact we want to make.

The webinar aims to:
 

  • Explore how self-doubt and imposter syndrome manifests itself in the workplace and the impact it can have on our ability to be at our best and to show leadership.
  • Explore strategies and techniques for overcoming doubts and fears.
  • Identify strategies and ways to build confidence, wellbeing and self-efficacy so we can be who we want to be.
