How will the MSC Fisheries Standard evolve? Our Fisheries Standard is a globally recognised standard for sustainable fishing and is based on United Nations FAO guidelines for ecolabelling.

We regularly review our Fisheries Standard to ensure it reflects global best practice and the latest scientific developments. Any confirmed revisions to the Standard will be released in early 2022.
