The HSJ and Hempsons webinar on the Fit and Proper Person Test

The Fit and Proper Person Test is meant to ensure that anyone at director level in the NHS has the attributes and values needed for the job. But since it was introduced, it has faced criticism. A recent review led by Tom Kark QC looked at how it is working out in practice and made recommendations for changes - some of which the government has accepted. This webinar will look at how the FPPT is working out in practice and ask whether the Kark recommendations will improve this. Viewers will be able to submit questions for the panel to answer.
