The world of data and intellectual property has gone through one of the biggest structural shifts in decades, with European law no longer driving UK law.  In this series of short videos we will tackle the issues in bitesize chunks.  In part one of the series, we will start with five sessions covering an overview of the implications of Brexit and looking at the key issues for data protection.  Later in the year, parts two and three in the series will focus on practical issues for other intellectual property rights and look ahead to potential reform.

Brexit, Thursday 4 February 2021
Brexit is done, but what does it mean for intellectual property?  In the limited time available we will review the headlines for data and IP rights, and highlight the practical issues that arise.
