The digitalisation of the automotive retail sector has transformed how customers make purchase decisions, book services and engage with dealers and manufacturers. A number of forces — namely, those coming from OEMs, dealers and customers — are working to drive the adoption of digital solutions by the automotive retail sector. 

Learnings from the past years have driven the evolution of the personalised omni-channel sales journey. The omni-channel journey brings the digital and traditional avenues together that permit customers to combine both digital experiences and site visits based on their modern day preferences. Furthermore, key to improving the ownership experience has been the adoption of digitalised aftersales tools ranging from online service bookings to video footage of the vehicle inspection, online payment and document storage.
