The IFCC is glad to present this LIVE webinar with three world-renowned speakers presenting on the Value and Impact of Laboratory Medicine, including: Dr. Andrew St John (Australia), Dr. Paul Jülicher (Germany), and Prof. Khosrow Adeli (Canada).
The webinar will describe approaches that can identify the value of laboratory and medical testing. These will include highlighting those parts of the overall value proposition for a test that relate to test implementation, the process where global evidence is translated into local practice. Specific aspects of test implementation to be discussed will include the use of economic assessment tools such as modelling and the measurement of test impact on the patient and on other clinical path stakeholders who are external to the laboratory.
We invite all scientists, physicians, laboratory professional, corporate representatives and young scientists/trainees to join us in this important event which will be presented LIVE around the world. The webinar will conclude with a panel discussion.
The webinar recording will be available for those unable to attend on the live date. Please ensure you register to attend the live event and have access to the recording and to the certificate of participation.
This webinar contains three presentations:
