Overview

The clock is ticking and, as we progress through the final year of LIBOR, key milestones to cease LIBOR lending are rapidly approaching. Regulators across the globe have reiterated that firms cannot rely on LIBOR being published after the end of 2021. They also cannot rely on legislation to solve the transition for them.

This webinar, presented by Kam Mahil and Keith Taylor of the LMA, provides an update on transition since the previous webinar in September 2020. In particular, it covers the following key topics:

  • Where are we now on transitioning from LIBOR?
  • Update on current 'loan market' transition issues
  • What should loan market participants be doing?

At the end of this webinar, Keith and Kam will answer delegate questions as part of a live Q&A. As this webinar provides an update to a previous webinar from September 2020, it may be beneficial to watch the September 2020 webinar first. Click here to access that webinar.
