Virtual Expo Example | 20 May 2019 | 09:00 PDT | 17:00 BST
The registration form for your virtual event allows you to capture as many or as few registration questions as you need. These questions are easily added or removed through the WorkCast platform and provide detailed reporting information of your event attendees. You can also include your overview text or agenda and include a short introductory video to engage users to register. Exhibitors within your virtual event can have their logos included within the registration form.
Once registered you will be directed to a thank you page where you can join the main event, save a calendar link and check your connection to ensure you will be able to view content.
Your main virtual event environment can be placed on hold to your audience until the time the event is due to start, this allows you to begin the marketing of the event prior to having all the content added to your event pages.
