How can Parking support net zero living?
A webinar looking at how car parks can be spaces of innovation in carbon reduction in association with SPRU, University of Sussex
Car Parks are changing. Our sector needs to evolve as we move towards increased electric vehicle take-up. As we enter into an era of climate crisis, parking has an untapped potential to support carbon reduction through technology integrating energy services, digital services and charging. The BPA has partnered with Asli Ates from the Science Policy Research Unit at the University of Sussex for a project titled “Connected Values” which explores how our sector can evolve to meet these challenges. Asli will present the findings of the ‘Connected Values’ project and provide participants with reflections on the technologies, partnerships and value propositions which could be used to introduce new services and business models in parking.
